Incomplete or improperly formatted notices may not be processed.

2) Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

When appropriate, we may notify the user or content provider responsible for the material and provide information regarding the submission of a counter-notice.

We aim to respond to properly submitted notices within 2–3 business days during our operating hours.

3) Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Consent to jurisdiction: a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the State of California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing material, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.

4) Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Band CB Supply may suspend or terminate access to the Site for users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.

5) Misrepresentations (17 U.S.C. §512(f))

Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

6) How We Handle Notices

  • We may forward a copy of a DMCA notice or counter-notice (including contact information) to the party responsible for the content.

  • We may retain records of notices, counter-notices, and actions taken for legal compliance and auditing purposes.
