Refund and Returns Policy

At Band CB Supply, we want customers to feel confident when placing an order. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work in a clear and straightforward way.

1) Where This Policy Applies

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to orders purchased through our website and delivered within the United States.

2) Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of:

  • The delivery date shown by the carrier (for shipped orders), or

  • The purchase date on your order confirmation

Requests submitted after 20 days are not eligible for return or refund.

3) What Items Are Eligible

Accepted Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Non-defective items must be:

  • New, unused, and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all included accessories or components

Defective or damaged items:

  • May be returned even if opened or used

  • Require photos and a brief explanation to help us verify the issue

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Gift cards

4) How to Start a Return (Mail Only)

To initiate a return:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a short explanation

    • Please include photos for damaged or defective items

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label

  3. Securely package the item (preferably in its original packaging), attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier

Return shipping is free, and we do not charge restocking fees.

5) Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted and handled by mail.

  • Follow the same steps as a return request

  • Items exchanged for non-defective reasons must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference

  • If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method

6) Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days after arrival

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

7) Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or declined

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are not grounds for a refund unless the item arrives damaged

  • If a non-defective item is returned without original packaging and cannot be resold as new, we may decline the return
