This page explains how shipping works at Band CB Supply. We aim to keep shipping timelines, fees, and expectations clear and predictable.

1) Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • Orders ship to valid U.S. addresses.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2) Order Cut-Off & Processing

  • Order cut-off: 2:00 PM (PT)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT begin processing the next day.

  • Handling/processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sun) to prepare your order for shipment.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email shortly after purchase, and

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package ships.

3) Transit Time & Delivery Window

  • Transit time: typically 3–7 days after the package is shipped (carrier-dependent).

  • Estimated total delivery window: typically 4–10 days from order placement to delivery.

Delivery time may vary based on order cut-off time, handling time, carrier performance, weather, and holidays.

4) Shipping Fee

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order for standard shipping anywhere in the U.S.

  • No minimum order required.

  • No hidden surcharges.

  • Any applicable taxes (if required) are shown at checkout.

5) Carriers & Tracking

  • We ship using reliable national carriers such as USPS or UPS.

  • A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email so you can monitor delivery status.

6) Exceptions & Special Cases

Address issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we can reship after the address is corrected. A $5.00 re-shipping fee may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number, and

  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Service delays
Weather events, carrier disruptions, and federal holidays may extend delivery times.
